Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and shoe boxes are protected and included in the shipment.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
